Betting and Game Rules
Spin one of these

General rules that apply to all play
Every bet, spin and round placed in your account with us is governed by these rules. Where a game has its own rules or paytable, those rules apply to that game in addition to the points below.
- One account per person. Hold one account only, in your own name, and do not let anyone else use it. We hold a gaming licence and verify the identity of account holders, so your details must be accurate and current.
- 18+ only. Play is for customers aged 18 or over. We may ask for proof of age at any time and will suspend play until the check is complete.
- Real-money and bonus balances. Your account can hold both. The cashier shows which balance a stake is taken from and the order in which balances are used.
- Bets are final once placed. A stake is committed when you confirm it in the game. We cannot cancel or refund a confirmed bet because of a change of mind, a misread paytable or a mistyped stake.
- Stakes and limits. Amounts are shown in the currency of your account, for example £500. Minimum and maximum stakes differ by game and table and are shown in the game as well as in the limits held on your account.
How bets and spins are settled
Rounds are generated and recorded by the game server, not by your device. The result held on the server is the result that counts, and it is used to settle the round and to answer any later question about it.
- You confirm the stake and the round is sent to the game server.
- The server generates and stores the outcome and returns it to your screen.
- The outcome is settled against the paytable and in-game rules of that game, and your balance is updated.
- The round is written to your game history, where you can look it up afterwards.
If your screen and the server record ever differ, for example after a slow connection or a browser error, the server record stands. Animations, sounds and on-screen totals present a result; they do not create a win on their own. Each game also shows a theoretical return-to-player figure, which is a long-term average across very many rounds and says nothing about a single session.
| Where to look | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| The game's help or information screen | Paytable, bet types, special features and the return-to-player figure |
| The game or table lobby | Minimum and maximum stakes and any side bets available |
| Your game history | The stake, outcome and settlement of each round you have played |
Malfunctions and interrupted rounds
A malfunction voids all pays and play. If a game, the game server or the systems that settle rounds malfunction, the affected rounds and any pays arising from them are void, and any stake taken for a void round is returned to the balance it came from.
- A win the game should not have paid under its own rules is void, whether or not it has already appeared in your balance. We may correct the balance and will tell you when we do.
- If you are disconnected, open the game again from the same account. An unfinished round will either resume where you left off or be settled under the game's rules, and the result is applied to your balance.
- Where a round cannot be completed at all, the stake is returned and the round is treated as if it had not been played.
- A fault in one game does not affect rounds already settled correctly in other games.
Bonus funds and promotional play
Bonus funds, free spins and other promotional credits follow our Bonus Terms and the terms shown with the offer when you claim it. Those terms set the wagering requirement, how long the bonus lasts and what it may be used on.
- Maximum bet while wagering. A maximum stake applies to play funded by bonus money, as stated in the offer terms. Rounds placed above it may be settled at the lower stake, or the bonus and winnings from it may be removed.
- Game contributions differ. Games contribute to a wagering requirement at different rates and some are excluded entirely, as set out in the Bonus Terms.
- Excluded patterns of play. Covering most or all outcomes of a round, or using bonus funds in a way that removes the element of chance, can lead to the bonus and related winnings being withdrawn.
- Order of play. Where you hold both real-money and bonus funds, the cashier shows which balance is used first and whether a wagering requirement is still open.
Withdrawing while a wagering requirement is open may forfeit the remaining bonus and the winnings attached to it. The cashier tells you this before you confirm the withdrawal.
Live casino and table games
Live tables are run by a dealer in a studio and streamed to you. Each table has its own help section covering the bets available, payouts and how particular situations are handled, and those rules apply to rounds played at that table.
- Dealer decisions are final on matters of play at the table, such as whether a bet was placed in time, the handling of cards and the announcement of a result.
- Late bets do not stand. Bets must be confirmed before betting closes. A bet that does not register in time is not accepted and the stake stays in your balance.
- Misdeals and equipment faults are handled under the rules of that table, which may mean a round is voided and stakes returned.
- Disconnections do not stop a live round. It continues, is settled under the table rules, and the result is applied to your balance whether or not you were watching.
Questions and disputes about a round
If you believe a round has been settled incorrectly, contact us through the live chat on the site or by e-mail to support@casino-misterx.co.uk. The sooner you raise it, the easier it is to match your query to the right records. Please include:
- The name of the game or live table.
- The date and time you played.
- The round or transaction reference shown in your game history.
- What you expected to happen and what the game showed instead.
We look into the round against the server logs and your game history and reply with what the records show. The server record of a round is decisive in settling any question about it.
If our answer does not resolve the matter, our Complaints procedure explains how to take it further, including referral to the alternative dispute resolution service named there. A dispute over one round does not affect other rounds, which stand as recorded.
